Black Agricultural Mulch Film for Vegetables, Orchards and Row Crops

MF-001 is a factory-direct black polyethylene agricultural mulch film developed for Australian vegetable growers, orchards, market gardens, nurseries and commercial field-crop projects. The black film reduces light at the soil surface to support weed suppression, helps limit evaporation, supports more stable soil moisture and temperature, and keeps produce cleaner by reducing direct contact with soil.

Wholesale and custom orders: Request a wholesale quotation for mixed roll quantities, custom dimensions, OEM labels, packing and project freight. Standard listed rolls can also be ordered through the online checkout.

Recommended Applications

Vegetable beds · Melons · Strawberries · Orchards · Vineyards · Young-tree establishment · Nursery production · Market gardens · Mechanised row-crop mulching · Moisture-management projects

Ordering and MOQ

Standard listed variant 1 roll per SKU

OEM label and export packing Quotation based on artwork, roll quantity and pallet or carton configuration

Installation Guidance

  1. Prepare a smooth, firm bed and remove stones, stalks and sharp debris that can puncture thin film.
  2. Choose a roll width that allows sufficient soil anchoring on both sides of the bed.
  3. Lay the film evenly without excessive tension and bury or secure the edges for local wind conditions.
  4. Cut or specify planting holes to suit crop spacing. Standard rolls are not represented as pre-perforated unless the selected quotation states otherwise.
  5. Inspect periodically, repair wind damage promptly and collect used film for responsible disposal or recycling where facilities are available.

Packing, Freight and Checkout

Prices are per roll in USD. Standard checkout remains available, but the Australian shipping amount shown at checkout is a freight deposit based on order weight. Final freight is confirmed from the delivery postcode, packed dimensions, roll width, pallet plan and carrier acceptance before production or dispatch; any difference is invoiced or refunded. Typical export packing is a roll on a core or compressed roll with protective outer film, a product label and palletisation where required.

Technical Confirmation Before Bulk Orders

Film thickness, UV service life, tensile and tear performance, opacity, colour, roll dimensions and field life vary with resin blend, UV package, weather, soil preparation, installation and production batch. Before a bulk, OEM or project order, the proforma invoice should state the approved thickness tolerance, width and length tolerance, resin specification, UV additive, colour, perforation pattern, packed dimensions, production lead time and applicable test data. This product is not represented as pond liner, silage wrap, greenhouse structural film or food-contact film. HS classification must be confirmed by the buyer's customs broker for the final construction and shipment.
