How to Order & Australia Shipping

How to Order from FARM GUARD

FARM GUARD supports two purchasing routes. Wholesale enquiry is the recommended route for commercial buyers, while direct checkout remains available for standard listed variants.

Route 1: Wholesale or project quotation

Use this route for 10 or more rolls, mixed SKUs, custom specifications, OEM packaging, repeat supply or delivery to an Australian farm, warehouse or port.

  1. Send the product code, specification, quantity and delivery location.
  2. We confirm the closest standard specification or prepare a custom-production quotation.
  3. The quotation states product price, packing, estimated production schedule, freight basis and payment terms.
  4. Production begins after the specification and commercial terms are approved.
  5. Packing data and shipping documents are confirmed before dispatch.

Route 2: Direct online checkout

Use direct checkout for standard colour, size and GSM combinations shown as selectable product variants. Checkout prices are in USD. Listed stock quantities represent made-to-order production allocation, not ready-stock inventory in Australia.

Australia freight at checkout

For eligible standard orders, checkout can collect an estimated freight deposit based on total product weight. It is not a guaranteed final freight charge for every postcode or oversized roll. Before production or dispatch, we confirm the packed dimensions, carrier acceptance and destination cost. Any difference is invoiced or refunded before shipment.

Order weight Estimated freight deposit
Up to 10 kg USD 39.90
10.01–25 kg USD 79.90
25.01–50 kg USD 129.90
50.01–100 kg USD 199.90
Over 100 kg USD 299.90 initial deposit; project quotation required

Taxes, duties and classification

Product pricing models retain a 5% duty safety reserve until the final HS classification and origin documents are confirmed. Australian GST, import processing charges, inspection costs and destination duties are handled according to the final Incoterm and quotation. Buyers should confirm recoverable GST treatment with their tax adviser.
