Store and product information

This website is operated as FARM GUARD. We supply agricultural shade net, woven ground cover, frost-protection cloth and related project or wholesale solutions from China to approved markets. Prices are shown in USD unless the storefront states otherwise.

Product photographs, diagrams and descriptions help identify the product and application. Textile colour, texture, GSM, dimensions and shade appearance can have normal manufacturing and measurement tolerances. Screens also display colour differently. A specification expressly confirmed in an accepted written quotation takes priority over general website copy.

Orders

An online order is subject to availability, fraud and address checks, applicable market and shipping configuration, and payment authorisation. For custom, wholesale or made-to-order orders, a quotation, pro forma invoice or written order confirmation may set the final specification, quantity, tolerances, packing, production lead time, freight, payment schedule and Incoterms.

We may decline or request correction of an order containing an obvious pricing, specification, inventory, freight or technical error before production or dispatch. If payment has already been taken and the order cannot be accepted, the affected amount will be refunded.

Use and installation

Buyers are responsible for selecting a product suitable for the intended site, structure, climate, load, fixing method and local requirements. Shade percentage, GSM and product names describe the listed range but are not a structural-engineering guarantee. Obtain qualified advice where wind load, snow load, public safety, animal welfare, building approval or regulated use is involved.

Quality documents

Any test report or certificate displayed on the site is identified by its named applicant, product or sample, scope and date. A supplier document does not automatically certify every SKU, colour, GSM, size, batch, factory or destination-market requirement. Expired documents are labelled historical and are not represented as current certification. Ask us to confirm current-batch documentation before a regulated or bulk purchase.

Intellectual property and website use

Website text, layout and FARM GUARD-branded materials may not be reproduced for resale, impersonation or misleading certification claims without permission. Do not interfere with the store, introduce malicious code, scrape personal data or use the service unlawfully.

Liability and mandatory law

To the maximum extent allowed by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, remedy, negligence liability or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. If mandatory law conflicts with these terms, mandatory law prevails.

Other terms

The refund and shipping policies form part of these terms. Order-specific written terms accepted by both parties take priority for that order. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These terms may be updated for future orders; the version presented or accepted at the time of an order applies to that order unless law requires otherwise.
