Ordering options

FARM GUARD supports two ordering paths for Australian buyers. Eligible listed standard variants that show Add to cart can be purchased directly in AUD through Shopify checkout. Products marked Request a Quote, as well as bulk, mixed-SKU, custom-size, custom-colour, OEM, private-label and project orders, use a written quotation.

What is the minimum order quantity?

For eligible standard checkout variants, the minimum order quantity is the quantity available on the product page and at checkout. For wholesale and custom production, MOQ depends on material, colour, dimensions, edge finish, packaging and total project quantity and is confirmed in writing.

Can I request samples?

Material and colour samples can be reviewed before larger wholesale or project orders. Availability, sample format and courier charges are confirmed in writing for each request.

Do you offer custom sizes, colours and packaging?

Yes. Custom width, roll length, GSM or thickness, colour, reinforced edges, eyelets, labels and export packaging are available for selected products, subject to factory review and minimum production quantities.

How is shipping to Australia calculated?

For eligible standard products purchased through online checkout, Australian freight is calculated automatically from the packed order weight using the configured checkout rates. For quote-only, bulk, mixed-SKU, OEM and custom orders, freight depends on packed dimensions, total weight, destination, carrier availability and delivery method and is confirmed in the written quotation.

What are the production and delivery lead times?

For standard checkout variants, use the handling and dispatch estimate shown on the product page. For quote-only, bulk and custom orders, production allocation, packing and estimated dispatch timing are confirmed in the written quotation or pro forma invoice. Delivery timing can also vary with carrier, customs, port and weather conditions.

How long will shade net or ground cover last?

Service life varies with UV stabilisation, colour, GSM, climate, exposure, tension and installation. For project or bulk orders, request the UV grade and any applicable warranty in the written quotation instead of relying on a generic lifespan claim.

Does “stock” mean physical inventory in Australia?

No. Stock shown represents China production allocation available for sale, not physical Australian warehouse stock. Standard checkout variants follow the handling information shown on their product pages; custom and quotation orders follow the production timing confirmed in writing.

How do I get a quotation?

Use the Wholesale Enquiry page for quote-only products, bulk or mixed-SKU orders, OEM/private-label work, custom specifications or project freight. Include the product code, dimensions, GSM or thickness, colour, quantity and Australian delivery location.
