Terms of Service

1. About FARM GUARD
FARM GUARD supplies agricultural shade net, woven ground cover, frost cloth, mulch film and related commercial products from China to buyers in Australia.

2. Standard products and online checkout
Only eligible standard product variants published for the Australia market may be purchased directly through the Shopify checkout in AUD. Australian freight is calculated from the configured weight-based rate at checkout. Payment is processed by authorised payment providers, including PayPal. FARM GUARD does not store full payment card details.

3. Custom and quotation orders
Custom sizes, OEM or private-label work, mixed-SKU bulk orders, project orders, and orders for destinations outside Australia, including East Africa, require a written quotation. A quotation or pro forma invoice will confirm the product specification, quantity, packaging, production lead time, freight basis, Incoterms, payment terms, taxes or duties, and delivery arrangements.

4. Order acceptance
An online standard-product order is accepted when payment is successfully authorised and the order is confirmed. A quotation order is accepted only when the parties accept the written quotation or pro forma invoice. We may correct or cancel manifest pricing, stock, freight, technical or specification errors before dispatch.

5. Product information and use
Photos, descriptions and technical information help identify products. Normal manufacturing and measurement tolerances may apply. The accepted written specification takes priority over general website content. Buyers are responsible for selecting products suitable for their site, climate, installation method and applicable local requirements.

6. Returns, freight and mandatory rights
The Returns and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these Terms. Order-specific written terms take priority. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
